This vest provides protection for the Front, Back, Side, Shoulder and Collar Protection.
This vest also has additional pockets on the front and back to allow the easy upgrade to
level III AR500 armor plates up to 10″ x 12″.
Being that this vest is concealable, the pocket will not hold a level IV plate
as they are too thick to remain concealable.
The product is corrosion-resistance . Great low temperature resistant performance.

AR500 ARMOR PLATES:
Manufactured from certified AR-500 steel with a Brinnell Hardness Rating of 505-518BHN.
Rated for up to six hits from 7.62 Nato bullets (.308 Winchester) with velocities up to 2780 fps.
Will withstand multiple hits from all pistol calibers.
CNC Laser cut for strength integrity.
Curved plate is bent on a custom laser cut die set with single
radius bend, not bent multiple times on a press brake.
Fully encapsulated to protect against corrosion, chemicals and sweat.
Our optional build-up spall coating is done with a Graco EXP-2 which is the top of the line
high pressure heated coating system. Our AR500 plate is chemically washed and etched on the
strike surface to eliminate the coating from delaminating when shot which keeps the shrapnel
from escaping from the armored assembly.

PLATE CARRIER VEST:
Our Molle Plate Carrier Vest is constructed with Heavy Weight 600 Denier Polyester and features
Molle webbing that covers most of the vest and is ideal for attaching modular pouches and accessories.
The vest has front and back internal sleeves for the plates and the vest includes an adjustable and
detachable cummerbund with pockets for the side panel plates.
In addition, the vest features adjustable shoulder straps with detachable pads, emergency drag handle,
padded mesh interior and quick release side buckles for easy removal.
The Plate Carrier Vest comes in Black, Coyote, Olive Drab and ACU. One size fits most.
